  3. Purchasing a gift for someone else? After your order is placed you will receive an email with the link to complete our shopping questionnaire. Check your spam and promotional folders and be sure to mark us as Not Spam.

  4. The person who purchases the gift is the one who receives the email with the shopping survey link, not the person receiving the gift unless you purchase the gift card.

  5. Disclaimer: We do not guarantee any specific brand/item requests you mention within the survey will be fulfilled. It serves as a data collection source to better understand who you are.

Completing the Survey

  1. The survey can be completed by anyone you choose as long as they can answer the questions on behalf of the gift recipient.

  2. If you’re purchasing a custom gift for someone else and you want it to be a surprise, you’ll need to complete the survey on their behalf.

  3. Pay careful attention to your answers. We’re not responsible if the items you receive are a result of incorrect information you provided within the survey.

  4. The survey questions are to be answered based on the person receiving the gift. In other words, if the gift is for your mother, we want to know about her interests and hobbies, not yours.
